FTTH Socket

Description

The fiber socket is a user terminal product designed to enable fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) solutions. It is mainly used to complete the access and port output of optical fiber in home or office scenarios, providing devices such as fixing, stripping, connection and protection for optical fibers. Inside the fiber socket, components including connectors, field-installable connectors, redundant optical fibers, and pre-ground end-face SC quick-connect connectors can be installed. These connectors feature low average connection loss (≤0.3dB), allowable tension (>20N), and can be quickly installed with simple tools, making them an ideal termination solution for FTTH networks. The fiber socket requires no additional power supply or lighting, and is compatible with various types of optical cables (especially butterfly incoming optical cables). Its matching information panel is not a core component affecting the performance of the wiring system, but it is one of the only exposed products in the entire wiring system, playing a role in auxiliary connection and protection.
